Refund policy

30-day returns

Not happy with your order? You can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Conditions

• Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with tags or packaging.
• To start a return, contact us through our contact page with your order number. We will send you return instructions.
• Please do not send items back without contacting us first, so we can make sure your return reaches the right address.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund the full product price to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may need a few extra days to show it.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Contact us and we will help you exchange it.

Damaged or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
